Which marketplaces does MyrrenReco support?

Flipkart and Meesho today. MyrrenReco is made specifically for these two marketplaces, not a generic multi-platform tool.

What happens if a product's cost hasn't been entered yet?

New order reports cannot be added until every product in them has a cost. If a cost goes missing later, it is flagged, so you know the profit is not final yet and never mistake a missing number for good news.

How is my financial and customer data protected?

Your business data can only be opened from your own account, every connection to MyrrenReco is encrypted, and you can export your full firm data at any time. Our Trust page explains how your data is stored, kept and deleted.

What does the free trial include?

Ten days of full access to one Firm, including one complete reconciliation report on up to 5,000 orders from one marketplace (Meesho or Flipkart), with every figure unlocked. No card is needed. Your trial data is kept for 30 days from the day you start, and if you subscribe before then nothing is lost.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. Plans do not auto-renew and no card is saved to be charged again. When a plan ends, you decide whether to buy another.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Questions Asked. If you are not happy with your first paid subscription, tell us within 3 days of your payment and we will refund it in full — no reason needed. Basic Plan is excluded, and the guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only (not renewals, later purchases or additional Firms).
